What is Health Coaching?

Health coaching can provide opportunities to discover what it means  to live your passion, to open up to areas where you may feel stuck, to  awaken your fullest potential and create a healthy relationship to  yourself and with others.

Dietary Nutrition-

How do you feel after a meal? Would you like to lose or gain weight? What is your relationship with food?


Health coaching can be beneficial with all forms of weight  management. Increasing an awareness of how different foods may affect  our over all well being, and creating a healthy relationship with your  dietary choices.

Relationships-

How do your relationships effect your health? How can you understand and manage your own emotional patterns?


In understanding how to cultivate a healthy relationship with  ourselves first, we can begin to navigate the various relationships in  your lives with a more positive outcome.

Physical Activity-

Do you suffer from chronic injuries or pain? How do you feel about your physical abilities?


Movement is vital to our over all health. Experiencing the benefits  of movement can open us up to increasing our physical activities and  integrating them into daily life.

Career-

Are you fulfilling your passion and goals? Are you satisfied working to live or  would you prefer living to work?


We can explore career goals that provide a stable lucrative  livelihood, but more importantly, these goals work toward fulfilling a  passion in your life. Meaningful and exciting work can be quite valuable  and rewarding.

Spirituality-

Are you searching for a deeper meaning in your life? Do you feel grounded by your spiritual practice?


A spiritual practice is an important component that is often  overlooked. We feel more grounded when we create a routine to invest  time in our unique individual belief system. We are also less likely to  grasp for superficial rewards in our lives.
